The Hereford Youth Football program is a charter member of the Carroll County Youth Football League. The football program is for ages 5-14 and involves full contact at all levels.

Football begins the week of August 1 and can run through the end of November. Age is determined by the player's age on August 2. All age groups have a weight limit; any player who is over the weight limit may still participate but will be restricted to play tackle to tackle or move up to the next age group.
